Well, I agree with Mary L when she says that is reliable and cheap to book online with travel agents, i travel by this guys and really enjoyed but one biggest problem of this guys is that all of them don't have an office on the city you go, so if you have any problem you can call them in somewhere and they need to contact someone on where you are and sometimes is not a good supplier (you know, the old problem of cost-benefit)...

But used to okay, is a risk that you will hold.

But on my last trip i found this new huge portal with a global idea of sustanable tourism called WHL.travel.
