How can I make my travel cot white again?

I have been given a travel cot for my baby and it has some white shapes on the material, the cot is a tad dirty and i obviously can't put it in the machine.

How can i make the white shapes white again?

I have tried using washing detergent with water and scrubbing, it has help a little bit however not as much as i would like.

Any tips?
