Check online or with an agent to see which systems are most popular. Often there are courses available to learn the systems.
Check ads for travel agents and see what they're asking. If they want you to be certified on Fillintheblank, go learn that.
Also see if Disney has its own agent network. Considering how many Disney places and destination there are, I bet they do.
