Air Baltic, Germanwings and Air Berlin all have flights from Fiumicino airport to Stockholm Arlanda airport. Ryanair flies from Ciampino airport to Stockholm S. Skavsta airport.
It's around 30 hours from Rome to Stockholm on the train. It's actually not all that bad - I've done it from Bologna when I had a lot of time and made some stops along the way, to break up the trip.
