How should i present newton's second law of motion and giving a demonstration that would last three minutes?

on Thursday, i have to present newton's second law of motion to a class and it has to last for 3 mins at least including a demonstration. and it should cover everything and a 6th grader would understand [ im in the 8th grade] . so what can i do ?How should i present newton's second law of motion and giving a demonstration that would last three minutes?Check out the website in my sources. It is pretty simple to understand.. You could bring in a basketball to show that however hard you push it is the same as how fast it will go. If you are good at soccer you could juggle a bit then kick it up really high and explain how you would catch the ball on your foot.
