Is there a chemical/drug in existence that causes a slow-motion effect on human perception?

I suppose it would be something which causes brain activity to speed up, making perception seem slower. I realise that some psychedelic drugs can seem to warp time, but is there anything that just slows perception so that, for example, things would seem to move in slow motion?

Just curious!

Thanks
