How do i reduce motion blur on my dsc - t77?

I read online at that there is an option for reducing motion blur and i found that your supposed to do change the mode to high Iso and i did, but when i movie it to test it out it still come out blurry am i doing something wrong ???How do i reduce motion blur on my dsc - t77?Assuming there is nothing wrong with your camera (there may be), stand with your feet about 2' a part, hold your camera in the hand you use (right handed?) tuck your elbow into your body, aim and shoot..this will reduce your movement as you shoot. Practice until you reach a point where YOU do not move while shooting pictures...this is very important, no matter how fast that shutter is going off. BUT if you set the camera on a table, etc., take a picture and it is still blurry, there is somethign wrong with your camera....it is not focusing! Good luck
