How to reprogram a CB?

I bought 2x Midland Radio CB's (Model: MO1032) off ebay for a pretty price...

just to receive them in good condition but it is limited down to 5 channels while its a 32 channel CB.. both CB's work with each other but not with other CB's that I have.. (like a two way system)

(both also have 5 weather channels)

I was told I could reprogram it. (like how they have already been done)

I know what frequency's I need it to work on, (154.80000 MHz, and a few others and also normal 9, 15, 16, 17, and 19 channel) just not how to change it (reprogram the new Midland MO1032 CB's).

I'm new to CB's and just hoping someone out there can help me.

you may contact me at mike@bkag.org

Thanks!How to reprogram a CB?
First off, that radio is not a CB. It is a mobile VHF radio. Like most radios, you need a programming cable and a computer. I found a link that should have a owners manual. It should tell how to program this radio.

You may want to take the radios to a licensed radio technician that can program them for you.
