Oh My God !! is it true? I am shocked to know that technology is so secret. These advanced Nations are very deceptive. I think that is the reason they want to create Nuclear Weapons free World because they have Developed More Powerful Weapons. History is proof for that take Manhattan Project it was the codename for a project conducted during World War II to develop the first atomic bombs. We have to be ready for tougher times in future. Actually, your huge long rant deserves the ad spam that it got first.

The problem with your long posting is that people have freedom to say anything they want, at least if they attack the U.S. even if they have no other freedom to speak in their own country. We even have a "news" network in the U.S. that seems dedicated to lying to "prove" their own views.

But any belief that man has any tool to control the weather selectively fails to understand the amount of force involved in the weather systems and the junk level of people's thinking who imagine such a system exists - outside of science fiction.
