I think it is bad for the tires to turn them if the car is not moving..They will just scrape on the ground and wear uneavenly.Does a car need to be in motion to turn safely? It will put a little extra strain on the steering mechanism because of the resistance.Does a car need to be in motion to turn safely?
Sounds like grounds for divorce to me.Does a car need to be in motion to turn safely? No, it will not hurt the vehicle...but if you dont have power steering, its TONS easier when the car is rolling slightly.Does a car need to be in motion to turn safely?
The only problem will be a slight excessive wear where the rubber on the tires hit the road. Otherwise no damage to the power steering system.
