I get my high from riding my nifty 'Cannondale' Hybrid trail bile up to 30 very hilly milses at 4.5 minute miles. But I don't ride on wet payments. So if I watch the weather over and over I just know I can change a wet forecast... that does it rightt :-)If I watch the weather channel often enough will be able to change the weather to suit my biking needs?

Well technically you could create a large electromagnet and sort of drag a cloud around like a massive inkjet printer, but the expense of such a device would probably be a bit discouraging.
Well, you could change the weather relative to where you want to ride. If the weather channel is showing rain where you are, you can drive or fly to a place that is dry and go riding.
