Will a dualbrite motion wall (porch) light work with something other than incandescent light bulb?

Hoping to save some energy with a fluorescent or led bulbWill a dualbrite motion wall (porch) light work with something other than incandescent light bulb?Yes, but not nearly as well. The non-incandescents are not really designed for that purpose. Led would work the best.
