That can be a problem. Some puppies will grow out of it as they get older, however the German Shepherd we had, never got any better with her car sickness. We limited her trips in the car, and only took her to the vets, or kennel, when we had too. We tried short little trips, we tried many things to help her, but you will need to get some medication at the vets for when she does need to travel. I would always carry paper towels, and wet wipes with me, and a zip lock bag, knowing at least if I needed it, it was there. Our dog would start to salivate after being in the car for only five to ten minutes down the road. That was when we knew, she needed air, Id open the windows, and knew she was getting ready to throw up. I would just stay calm, and pull over off the road when I had a chance. Sometimes it was very cold outside, but opening the windows some helps them when they start to get sick. I would also discuss this with your vet. Hope this helped some.
